About me

Hi, I am Caitie Rossman, a licensed clinical therapist who specializes in work with children, adolescents, and young adults. However, I work with all ages. My practice style is relational, holistic, and somatic. I believe that therapy should be a safe place first and foremost for individuals to feel welcome and accepted.

I am committed to therapy that is focused on disability justice, mad pride, while decolonizing and destigmatizing mental health care. I am fully in support of the social model of disability. I am extremely passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and promoting the neurodiversity paradigm.

I also come with my own lived experience. I am a neurodivergent therapist who has ADHD, OCD, and anxiety. I also have personal experience of indescribable loss and grief. I believe it is important to not hide these identities, but to share them with my clients and to let them influence the work that we do together. Therapy should be about sharing our humanity with one another, and that includes our vulnerabilities.
